Is my work awesome, or does it need more ideas?

The truth is I am afraid of showing my work to cartoonists such as Craig McCracken or to the people at Cartoon Network Studios. Why? Well, first off, I can't draw as well as Craig, or any of the cartoonists at Cartoon Network, and if I showed my work to them, they might ridicule it. Second, I might get rejected by Cartoon Network Studios, meaning that my cartoon idea is considered USELESS to them, and after I worked HARD for my Toastboy idea, I'm going to have a HELL of a time trying to create my own show idea that Cartoon Network would ACCEPT. I'm trying my best, but it just feels like I'm not improving. What should I do?!
